WHAT IS A "ROOM ESCAPE"?
A room escape is a live entertainment experience in which a group of people are "locked" in a themed room. They must work together to locate clues and solve puzzles in order to "escape".
HOW DO I RESERVE A ROOM?
Each room has a certain number of participant slots available. To reserve these slots, you can click on "BOOK NOW" or call us during business hours. Payment is due at the time the reservations are made. Please note that under normal conditions, unless you have reserved all of the participant slots in a room, the room is not considered private (ie others will have the option of booking any unreserved spots); HOWEVER during this time of COVID -19 precautions, all rooms will be converted to private upon the initial booking regardless of the number of participants and you will only be charged for the actual number of guests in your group.
DO YOU ALLOW WALK-INS?
YES, We welcome walk-ins at our Mall of NH location. Walk-ins are taken based on slot/room availability at the time of arrival.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately tickets are not refundable once purchased under any circumstance. This is to include being late to your scheduled game, booking the incorrect room or location, or being unable to attend your scheduled game. Please make sure to double check dates, locations, and policies prior to finalizing your booking.
With that said, we completely understand that life happens. If you contact us prior to the start of your showing, we'd be happy to speak with you about rescheduling your game.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Prices vary by room experience. Prices are as listed:
Skeletons in the Closet and The Hellavator: $20.00 Per Player
The Lost Soul and Stranded: $25.00 Per Player
The Coroner and The Agency: $30.00 Per Player
Please note: Please double check the location you are booking for prior to finalizing your booking. No refunds will be given for booking an incorrect location. If you accidentally booked a location other than the one you meant to, please contact us about rescheduling.
ARE THERE ANY AGE LIMITS?
While we encourage groups of all ages to participate, we do have the following guidelines in place for the safety and comfort of all of our guests:
Groups that have children ages 14-17 must have at least one guardian (age 21+) with them. This guardian does not have to be in the room with them but must remain within the business while they are playing.
Groups that have children ages 13 and under must have at least one guardian (age 21+) included in the reservation. They are required to be in the room with them.
Groups that have children under 10 are required to make their showing private by booking all participant slots. As stated above, due to COVID19 precautions, all rooms are already private upon booking.
Please note: Some of our rooms have age recommendations. These recommendations are based on the room's content and subject matter. While these are our recommendations, we respectfully leave decisions on admittance to these rooms up to parents and guardians.
ARE WE ALLOWED HINTS?
Absolutely! While we don't impose any limits on hints, we want you to have ultimate control over your game. Due to this, we won't proactively offer hints, but will never turn you down or penalize you for asking for one.
ARE WE ACTUALLY LOCKED IN?
Despite our name being "Lok'd" we don't actually lock you in our rooms. The fire department frowns on that! If you need to leave for any reason, you're free to!
HOW DEMANDING ARE THE GAMES?
While the puzzles in the room may be challenging on your mind, they won't be too demanding physically. You won't have to do any acrobatics or heavy lifting.
I HAVE AN ESCAPE ROOM PASSPORT. DO YOU STAMP THEM?
